Collection Specialist

Our collectors work in a team-oriented predictive dialing environment, focusing on specific client-related jobs, and contacting consumers about charged-off accounts. They strive to motivate consumers to pay their outstanding debts by negotiating skillfully for the result best suited for both parties. Through outgoing calls on the predictive dialer, and the answering of inbound calls, each collector strives to maximize the consumer's resources to satisfy their obligation to our clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of two (2) years collection experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with computers, especially the IBM AS400
Professional demeanor
